Chris joined Guavas at its inception in 2023. He has worked for the last 6 years helping SMEs find the most suitable and cost-effective borrowing solutions tailored to their individual requirements. This followed a 20-year career in the City working with corporates and pension funds at a number of international banks. This wealth of experience allows Chris a unique perspective and understanding of the financial landscape, which he utilises to support his clients at Guavas Finance. He has a 1st Class (Hons) in Banking and International Finance from City University Business School.

Ben founded Guavas in 2023 to address the need for simplified decision-making about commercial financing in the UK. He has over 16 years of experience in financial services, having held senior positions at both lenders and intermediaries. Being a successful entrepreneur across multiple industries, Ben knows all about the complexities of navigating the financing world, and started Guavas with the mission to simplify these complexities for other entrepreneurs and business owners.

Cornelius is an energetic and enthusiastic professional with the goal of connecting businesses to lenders and help them get funding. Having started his career in the financial industry as a financial advisor, he understands the problems that are faced when it comes to finances. Cornelius holds a degree in BComm Business Management from the University of Stellenbosch.
 

Jana is a multi-skilled individual specialising in operations optimisation, financial analysis and data analytics. Having worked across a range of companies and projects, focussing on the optimisation of business processes and identifying lucrative opportunities, she supports the Guavas Finance team in their mission to simplify the world of finance for business owners. She holds a BComHons degree in Business Management (Financial Analysis).
